Kobe Kitano Ijinkan(Former foreign residential district)
Many foreign people (Ijin in old Japanese) who came to settle Kobe in the 19th century built their houses and lived here in Kitano. Some of those houses still remain. We can learn their way of life and can deepen our understanding of Kobe that accepted foreigners in the very first stage of the modern Japan.

Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens & Ropeway
The ropeway takes us to Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens which is located on the height of 397 meters in 10 minutes. Visitors can enjoy not only beautiful gardens but also splendid view of Kobe.
